1. Data controller

2. What data we process
- Account data: email address, hashed password, role.
- Order data: first name, last name, phone, email, delivery address.
- Company data (B2B): name, registration code, VAT ID.
- Print files and calculation parameters.
- Payment references and status (actual payment data is handled by Montonio/Stripe and is not stored by us).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, usage logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Recipients
We share data only to the extent necessary to provide the service:
- Payment processors: Montonio Finance OÜ (EE), Stripe Inc. (US).
- Couriers: Omniva, DPD.
- Email delivery: Sendinblue/Brevo (Brevo SAS, FR).
- Cloud storage and infrastructure: Backblaze B2 (US, under Standard Contractual Clauses).
- VIES (European Commission) – to verify VAT numbers.
- Competent state authorities where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Stripe and Backblaze B2 may process data in the USA. Transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses under GDPR Art. 46.
6. Your rights
- Access your data (GDPR Art. 15).
- Request correction of inaccurate data (GDPR Art. 16).
- Request erasure ('right to be forgotten', GDPR Art. 17) when there is no legal basis to keep the data.
- Restrict processing (GDPR Art. 18).
- Data portability – receive data in a structured format (GDPR Art. 20).
- Object to direct marketing and withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (LT – VDAI; EE – AKI; LV – DVI; FR – CNIL).
